Yes......If you would like to........but...remember to attach any document that can stand as proof of what you are writing......

Many cases , get rejection....when they ask for explanation................what I have seen so far ......
In my point of view,.....less chances are there to get through when they ask for explanation ..............Immigration depts ask for explanations when they find something not proper with application............

But, If you support your explanation with strong supporting dox.....I think........If miracle happens.....they may consider or may not....

Thanks for your replay but i do not know how they came to know this
Maybe you should ask them? ;D

Amar, I'm a bit confused with this statement you made: MY IGNORANCE that i gave a fake work experience. Does it mean you gave fake information by mistake? If so explain to them why this mistake occurred.

My advice is never to give false information when dealing with immigration, no matter how bad a situation is, it is better to tell the truth because if you lie, they will find out and it may spoil your chances forever. The truth at least tells them you are an honest person.

I wish you luck.

I think he knew very well it was fake. I think the "ignorance" part was that he didn't think he would be caught.

Case officers in VOs are well trained my friend... :)

You could provide your pay slip, recruitment letter etc. in case your employer denied to provide.

1. Arrange for genuine work experience documents (some similarities with the one you submitted earlier will be better).
2. Try to prove it was incorrect rather than fake. Make an acceptable explanation.

What has happened you can't revert. Handle the rest honestly & smarltly.

Dear All,

Thanks in Advance.

I am AmarKumar From India Applied for a Canada work permit visa, After two months i got a reply from immigration high commission through mail along with the passport stating that:
the work experience that i submitted was verified and confirmed as fraudulent. my ignorance that i gave a fake work experience even thought i was working in the same company but a different department which is related to the job. The interesting part is the immigration officer gave me a an opportunity to response to the above matter with in 30 days otherwise my application will be refused. my question is if they came to know that i applied with a fake certificate why are they giving me another opportunity.
and how do i response to the situation. please help.

Thanks

Sir

Why you did so?.
Please do not respond , it will further ruin your file

No need to be harsh on him,
we all have some bits of falseness in us either this way or that. none of us out here are saints.
best bet is to try and explain and gather as much documents as u can to support ur theory.
whatever the reason was. just state it and prove it with ur documents.
we all r humans and so are the immigration officers.
