Reporting relationship: You will be reporting to Miss, Gabriella

Vacation: Annual leave is a bank of hours that can be used for vacations, holidays and other personal time off. You begin accruing annual leave on your first day of employment, as described in the collective bargaining agreement. Sick leave begins accruing on the first day of employment. Accrual amounts increase with length of service.

Following the initial probationary period, a progression and performance review will be conducted on a quarterly basis to assess performance to-date, and to clarify or modify this arrangement, as the need may arise.

This arrangement may be terminated by either party upon notice in writing to either party with notice that complies with Employment Standards (or Labor Standards)

I found this paragraph extremely amusing and seems written by someone with limited intelligence to imply that an executive/BOSS of a Canadian construction company which is fake anyway also works in a Canadian Embassy. What they are I guess implying not to worry as they will print off any fake documents in 2-5 days !!!

In other for you to get into our

Nothing you can do but ignore it. These kinds of scams are practically impossible to stop; they are often run out of countries that don't care about prosecuting such offenders (and even if they did, there are hundreds of thousands of scammers).

You have to just hope that your passport scan isn't misused. And learn a lesson for next time - don't send sensitive documents to random people. No legitimate company wants to see your passport till much later (if at all).

You are absolutely correct in your description of the job offer letter as a fake. It's not even a very convincing fake either.
If you ever see a UK phone number that starts with +447 or 07, provided as a company contact number, it's almost certainly a scam.

No way to tell whether your identity may be used at some point in some fraud.

Basic rule is that if something sounds too good to be true then it will be. so should never share copies of any documents or pay any money. Employers do not ask for copies of documents /passports upfront, there is no reason for them to have that information.

It is almost impossible to get a job offer from outside of Canada
