failiure to access application form

i am trying hard to download application for temporary resident visa but it says the adobe version is old or not supportive, although i have already installed latest adobe but it still gives the same issue. i have to apply for my parents visa. does anybody else is facing the same issue?? need help

Try Adobe Acrobat DC reader

Don't attempt to open it inside the browser. Download the file and open it locally with Acrobat DC Reader.
