Failed to link my application online yet I need to submit some documents

Has anyone been in my situation? I need to submit my schedule A and police check but I have tried to link online my application with no success since yesterday. Is there any other way I can send these documents? My deadline is 15th and post might delay them to open my package even if I send them by express. Any advice please
