You should hire a lawyer. Once people here read your story about defrauding the asylum system, they won’t want to help. You’ve been here less than 2 years and you think you deserve to stay via H&C? After costing taxpayers a lot of money? You know what the people will see when deciding on your H&C case if you proceed? A liar.

hello everyone,
my family and I appeared before the tribunal few weeks ago, and our asylum claim was refused because of many inconsistencies, to use the judge's word.
can we apply through Humanitarian ground, once our written decision is received?
or are we going to be sent back home with no opportunity to appeal or reapply through Humanitarian?
if using humanitarrian, what would be our premises? lastly, while still going through all of this, can I possibly get a study permit to do my MSc?
