I got 14/20 on my first written exam and after 3 days my citizenship test status got updated to “Completed”. Any idea what does that mean ?

I did but i did not focus on the history section and it was all history

You probably shouldn't pay much attention to that complete status. IRCC usually sends a second test attempt after 2 or 3 months.
