fabricated work experience

Hi every one , i have some links in alberta who will arrange a job offer for me over there but it needs retail experience for which i have to fabricate it , and it will take a year to generate that experience ? please guide me and do share your experience if someone has a same kind of situation or have gone through the same circumstance , thanks
