I am not sure I understand what is your question.

CIC has asked you to provide some additional information, CIC has specified what additional information they want you to provide:

Court record / Police report: Provide an original police report or court records pertaining to the charge/conviction(s) listed on your Mexican police certificate.

Court judgment: Court judgment relating to the criminal charge/conviction(s) listed on your Mexican police certificate.

Also, please provide a detailed personal summary of any charge(s)/conviction(s) you may have had while in Mexico.

All you need to do is provide CIC with the information that CIC asked for. This is what I suggest you do:

Court record / Police report: Provide an original police report or court records pertaining to the charge/conviction(s) listed on your Mexican police certificate.

Court judgment: Court judgment relating to the criminal charge/conviction(s) listed on your Mexican police certificate.

Also, please provide a detailed personal summary of any charge(s)/conviction(s) you may have had while in Mexico.

You also asked, "...what to do should I have to travel in to my country to get?", we have no idea which country you are currently in and we have no idea which country is your home country. However, it really does not matter. What matters is, what is the most convenient way for you to get the information CIC has asked for.

If you are no currently in Mexico, maybe you can contact the nearest Mexico embassy for some advise on how to get a Police Clearance Certificate along with details regarding your Court judgment along with a detailed personal summary of any charge(s)/conviction(s) you may have had while in Mexico.

Hello,

Thanks for reply, It has mentioned in the email that in my police certificate have mentioned some charges which I have to provide them report and court charge etc., wondering how to get it?

Thanks.

Hi, I already have gone through this procedure, it seems that they are asking further detail which found in to my police certificate, wondering where to go to get these information.

Thanks

It is possible that they just want a new Police Clearance Certificate from you.

It also seems you had/have some kind of "court judgment relating to the criminal charge/conviction(s) listed on your Mexican police certificate"? They want the details of that court judgment along with a "detailed personal summary of any charge(s)/conviction(s) you may have had while in Mexico."

If you are not in Mexico, I suggest you contact the closest Mexico Embassy for further advice.

If you are in Mexico, I am sure you could at least contact the Constancia de Antecedentes Registrales for possible advise or you could contact your local police station.

Didn't CIC provide you with any instructions on how to get the above information?

Also, which Visa Office made this request of you? You could possibly make a post in the Visa Office Topics forum requesting some assistance regarding your question.

Hello,

In the email have just mentioned that they need it for further process, I am not in Mexico, as I have already provide them both certificate.
case processing center is CIC Sydney NS.

Maybe you could try the Police Report from Mexico thread.

You could also contact the nearest Mexico Embassy.

If you don't mind doing some read you could also take a look at:

Mexico: Police reports; procedures to obtain a copy from the various police forces; the cost; the persons who can obtain a copy; the time it takes to obtain a copy; the possibility of obtaining a copy from Canada

Mr Armando can't you see Donutbox is struggling to help you? He has provided several links to forums where you will easily get help but you keep "wondering". Are you sure you really need help? This is funny.

THanks anyway Donutbox for the help u and others offer in this forum when people are in need.

Keep the spirt

He did get his PCC and has mentioned that its not clean. There seems to be a charge that shows on the police report. They help being asked was about how he can get the information required by CIC regarding this mention on the PCC as he is out of Mexico.

I think your options are to go to Mexico or to authorize a blood relative / lawyer to get hold of the information that CIC needs. As you have already quoted CIC, they are looking for the following in original:

1. The police report for the charge you were convicted in
2. The court judgement/outcome of that charge

Hi,

I was wondering if I can seek help from anyone in my case. Last time I mentioned it was fighting against time to get the police documents in. Well that matter is sorted out, but now there is another issue.I used to live in an area that was populated with Illegal immigrants in Mexico. I was taken in custody because they thought I was living their illegally. I was released the same day when they discovered that my documentation was legitimate. Unfortunately, that has ended up on the police certificate and CIC is seeking more details which mentioned in to my PCC. I think.

The have asked me to submit the following

Court record / Police report: Provide an original police report or court records pertaining to the charge/conviction(s) listed on your Mexican police certificate.

Court judgment: Court judgment relating to the criminal charge/conviction(s) listed on your Mexican police certificate.

Also, please provide a detailed personal summary of any charge(s)/conviction(s) you may have had while in Mexico.

I was wondering if any one know any good lawyers that can help me or can guide me what my next step should be.

Thank you

This one is pretty obvious - they want original police report and court records. Since you said you were released right away you probably don't have any court records, since it never got to court.
Regarding the police report - I don't see any other way except calling/writing/communicating to police in Mexico in any way and asking them about anything they may have related to your case, especially related to that specific arrest/detaination.

If they say they don't have any charges pending or raised and sent to court against you - even better! Then you just get them to state that officially and send that document to CIC.

Here CIC says that you DID have criminal charge or conviction listed on your Mexican police certificate, so either CIC got something wrong, Mexican police got something wrong or you're not aware that you actually got yourself a criminal charge.

I suggest that you first try the first thing I wrote above and then nicely and clearly explain to CIC that there was NO criminal charges/convictions (unless there actually was).
Did you even read your police certificate when you got it? What did it say?

Whatever you do - stay come and think reasonably. Panicking won't help you at all.
