Hello ,
I have a question here around job offer.
I am currently working in Montreal with a full time job which I started this February.
I have also applied for EE since last year and have my profile in the pool. When I add my job details along LMIA, mine LMIA exempt with category specialized skilled worker I do not get extra 50 points for it.Can anyone please help me out here? I understand we can get additional 50 points for Job offer but do I need to wait for 1 year to get that and then qualify as CEC?

What kind of work permit do you hold? Is it a closed work permit withyour employer listed?

Note that in order to be approved through CEC, you'll need to show that you plan to live outside of the province of Quebec. I don't think you can use a job offer in Quebec to qualify through CEC. You should apply through the Quebec program.

Yes,it's a closed work permit.
Can I not get additional poiy for job offer for FSW ?
How do I show that I plan to live outside Quebec?

You would need to work for the employer for a full year before you'll qualify for the 50 points. So if you only started working for your employer this Feb, you'll need to wait until Feb of next year to claim the points.

To show you plan to live outside of Quebec, you normally need to have a job offer outside of Quebec or have already started the process of leaving Quebec and moving elsewhere. If you're living and working in Quebec, then a very high chance of refusal.
