Though I have Canadian Masters degree. Do I need ECA for my undergrad from back home to get additional points for express entry? If so, then how much additional points might be added?

Yes it is recommended to get your bachelors credential evaluation done. I got 25 points for my UG -BDS. Not sure if the points are same for all the UG backgrounds.

My current express entry point is low. Thats why thinking about ECA.
No you don't need eca for your bachelors because you will only be awarded points for your highest educational credentials. Most probable cause of your low crs score could be not achieving clb 9 in ielts or you are at high age. To get extra skill transferablity points you must score minimum L8, R7, W7 and S7 in IELTS. Missing any one of them will hurt you. Use "crs tools" to check your potential score if you can achieve this ielts score.
Good Luck!

Why would they need ECA for their Bachelor's degree when they already have a Masters degree from Canada?

I dont need ECA for bachelor, but I heard it might add some extra points in express entry profile. Thats my query.
