Extention in un utilized visitor visa proceedure

Dear Sir/Madam.\,

I applied for the visitor visa in April 2018 and got the Multiple Visitor Visa on 5th May 2018 for only 70 days as the expiry date on the visa is 15th July 2018. Due to some very important reasons i was unable to travel during this period, Please suggest whether i can apply for extension in Visa before expiry date. if yes please guide what is the procedure for applying. Any other suggestion in this regard is also welcome.
Also please guide about any email address or contact of immigration minister or any officer whom i can communicate properly.

You cannot extend your visa. You must apply for a new one from scratch.
