Extent Biometric Deadline - how to? please help

Hi Professional Members,

May I ask: which options I need to choose if I cannot submit my biometric within 30 days and ask for extended deadline?

I am in https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp this web page > then selected "Tell us more" > then selected the visa office.

Then, shall I just choose the "Type" as Visitor and input every fields, then type my request and explanation into the text field and submit?

Did you end up getting an extension?
