Extension of stay for my father.

I applied for an extension of stay for my dad. He was already approved when we received the letter for his medical. He had his medical and until now when I check his account, it states that they did not receive the medical. We called the clinic and they told us that they already sent the result, if we don’t hear from anyone of them it means everything’s good.
My question is should I be worried that there is no update on my dad’s account?

Did you receive anything from the clinic you could upload in a webform to tell IRCC you did it and the clinic should be providing the results? Like a confirmation letter?

Or upload receipt. It can take a while. First the clinic has to send the results then then CIC has to update. Would give it another week.

Hi, Im just wondering what are the requirements you’ve submitted on your father’s extension to stay.

Same situation with my mother. She came to Canada last September 2019 with TRV. I would like to extend her stay here in Canada.

Can you give me a tips please? Thank you!

As far as I could remember, i submitted almost same requirements as I did when I applied for his visit visa. I just didn’t send his bank cert anymore and I change the invitation letter. I just wrote that we still haven’t toured him yet so I asked for an extension
