hi I’m living in Canada as a visitor. My visa is expired in September 2022. Now my six months stay will expired on end of November 2019. Can I apply for stay more time in Canada before one week ago. (My leaving date of Canada)

I have one employer he provided me job with pre approved LMIA. Now I’m waiting approval of my name in LMIA. He said wait till 22 November. Can I apply for extension on 22 November.

If my name approved before 22 November then I apply to getting work permit and no need to extension

How much did you pay for the pre-approved LMIA?

Incorrect. You have not provided any information that would qualify you to apply for a work permit within Canada. You will need to apply as if you are outside of Canada, which means that you will need to separately apply for a visitor extension to actually maintain your status in Canada. If the work permit is approved, you will need to actually leave Canada and re-enter to activate it.

Can I apply now ?
Yes you can apply for an extension, even 1 day before your status expires. Once it expires, you wont be able to apply for an extension and you might need to apply for restoration. Before you decide not to apply for extension of visitor status, you have to make sure you qualify to apply for a work permit within Canada, otherwise the work permit application will not give you implied status.
