My study permit and TRV were expiring in April, so in late Feb, I started the extension process for both documents. The study permit extension, which is, in my opinion, quicker than the TRV, took 2 months to get to me because of simple delivery errors. CIC sent my permit to my old residence, and had to send it back after 2 weeks, further delaying the processing. On May 10th, I got my study permit, and I immediately sent it to Consulate in Seattle. Within 2.5 weeks of my submission of the TRV, they emailed me saying they needed my transcripts (official i guess, since I sent them my online grades, seemed to work last year though) and my university enrollment letter.

Here comes the problem that worries me :

The enrollment letter from the university website confirms that I am a student, and that I am eligible for studying next year, though it says that I am currently registered in 0 credits. This is because my registration date for classes (next term, Sept 2010) is in JULY! Do you guys think this might pose a problem? And when do you think I should get my TRV.

Also: they emailed me 2 weeks ago saying that they'll finalize my case ON June 7 or AFTER. I'm not sure if that means after the 7th, the 10-day waiting period ends. I am really stressing on this issue, as I have not gone home in a year, and I was supposed to have gone back on April 30th - And yet im still here.
