hello guys I am a worker from Indonesia who will work through the services of an employment agency for 2 years contract. Can I find another company after my contract period expires and immediately arrange for a work visa extension from within Canada?

If you are able to get a LMIA to come to Canada, and after that one ends, you would have to go thru the process of finding another employer willing to go thru the LMIA process. So it would not be an extension,it would be another closed work permit

What employment agency? What job? Did you apply directly to IRCC for a work permit?

There are a great deal of employment scams out there. You should post the offer letter with personal information removed.
