Extend Visa over AOR?

I'm May 2013 applicant and have received AOR. My work permit is expiring on Dec 18th 2013 and have applied for extension through my company which is expected around Oct 20th 2013.

My visa has expired and I need to travel to India in Nov, so I'm planning to apply for it online while I'm in Canada..my question is

Can I apply for multiple entry visa based on AOR until Dec 2014?

or

I can only apply visa until Dec 18th 2013?(based on my existing WP)?

Appreciate any pointers.

when yr current wp is expiring on dec 2013 ,, you didn't apply for visa earlier..it should have same expiry dates...anyway you can apply for visa online with the current wp which is expiring on dec 2013...current wait time in under 30 days...as per my knowledge, AOR won't give you any visa.

I think they will issue the TRV by checking with your Work Permit... So If I were you, I would apply for TRV, after I had received my new work permit.

But that means your trip to India in November may have to be put on hold for now.
