Hello guys. I have a student visa until october 31th and I am preparing my spouse application. Then, I want to extend my stay as a visitor for 1 year to keep my status valid. On the website says that we should apply at least 30 days before my permit expires. I have not applied yet because my doctor appointment will be this Thursday and that visa requires medical exam. Is that a problem to submit my application 3 weeks before my permit expires?
