Extend Approval letter.

There
Hav a query about submission passport . I got approval from GIC & last date written on it 14 Aug.2018 . But i came in India on 10th Aug 2018 & i have a nxt flight on 14 Aug 2018 to Dubai due to Business Meeting So just wanted to know that can I extend My letter expiry date?
Please let us know as soon as possible

It's not possible to extend the passport submission date. If you don't submit your passport within 30 days, your file will be closed/refused. You can try emailing the visa office

Which Visa office need to email.?
& if closed/refused need to apply again?
Wit same UCI no? New document again? & how long it will take for all this process?
