We came to Canada in the summer of 2022.
My husband is an international student now and has decided to extend his study period due to certain issues. He already has an offer letter from a college.
I have a spousal Open Work Permit and want to extend my Open Work Permit according to his graduate period.
- Is it suitable for me to use IMM1295 to extend my Open Work Permit? (I had applied from outside Canada for the first application and now I am in Canada)
- I have been employed since Jan. 2023. Should I fill the employer's name in the column of "Indicated Employer'? or am I supposed to fill it in the Employment columns?
