Hi, i am currently on my last year of bachelors and I will graduate the next September. I was wondering if it would be possible to select the option "bachelors degree" when applying to EE although I have not obtained my diploma yet? we do not know when the next selection will happen maybe they will make it when I will obtain my diploma anyways.

No, you cannot do this. You have to wait until you actually complete your studies. Next September is a long way away. Update your profile in a year once you have graduated.

If you meet the minimum requirements, then you can certainly submit an EE profile. Just make sure you don't say you have a Bachelor degree.

would it negatively effect my chances of getting a student visa later on? do they check the system or something?

well should I select the option two year program if I have completed 2 years of my bachelors and have 1 year to go?
If you haven’t finished the program, then no. Do you have an ECA for a completed 2 year program that states equivalent to a 2 year degree/diploma? If you don’t have ECA for any education, you select no education.

No, absolutely not. You can only claim points if you have actually completed / graduated from a program. No points for uncompleted diplomas or degrees.
