Hi, how are you all. I have applied online for work permit for Canada. who ever applied to day for work permit

Not clear of your question. Your title says Express Entry which is not a work permit but permanent immigration. How are you eligible to apply for a work permit.

i dont have IELTS course, is this possible if someone in canada wants me to come to canada for work without IELTS course or express entry?????

Apply to jobs in Canada and the employer willing to provide you a work permit will hire you. Good Luck
Proof of proficiency in English language or French is mandatory.
Or it'll be easy if you hold a diplomatic passport from US/UK/EU/AUS/NZ

No jobs on this forum. Try job bank. You need an employer who provides you a job offer and then can’t hire any Canadians or PRs. The employer pays $1000 and applies for a LMIA to show why hiring you will grow their business. This takes months. Once the employer has the LMIA, you can apply for a closed work permit. Again takes months.
