Hi, I did B.COM in India in Canada I did 2 years PG Diploma in Marketing right now I am on my PGWP and from one last year I am working as a CNC machine operator in Canadian company My query is am I eligible to apply for express entry?
Please also help me under which category my job title falls.

Unfortunately no.

Machine operator falls under NOC 9417 which is skill level C. Only skill level A, B and 0 is accepted for Express Entry.
