It will be great if a can get some help with my question!!!
I just got my invitation to apply in express entry. They asked me to put my family information, my mom,dad's names and bithdates etc. But the problem is, my parents just changed their names (added sir names to their passports). But I have their old names on my passports.
Which names should it write in my profile? New or old. I new, should I explain it some where or attach an affidavit or their passport copies!!!!

I had the same thing. Just add the names in their passport. This information is only provided for the reference, it will not create any issue either way. No need to provide any explanation or affidavit.

But i called CIC, Lade said i should provide proofs like their passports and affidavid. I am so confused.
And also the police check I am getting from India is with my dad’s old name..

Its fine.. just mention the name as per their passport...
