Hi everyone, anyone here knows if it is advisable to apply for temporary work permit while the application for express entry is pending considering that the EE application takes ages to get job offer?[/b]

Your question is not clear, atleast to me. Still trying to think of situations based out of what I understood.

That you have applied for EE and now applying for TWP? I do not see a reason why applying for TWP while your EE is pending will affect? Infact if you change employer or need to extend the same work permit it increases the length of your stay in Canada. Which is a positive addition to your EE profile.

If an employer hires you, they can file a dual intend LMIA for both PR and temp work permit. You will apply a temp work permit and come to work in Canada under it, while have PR in process.

From the employers perspective, choosing to go the dual route will cost them $1000 for the LMIA. It is free if the application for LMIA is just to support EE.
