I am worried if I am not eligible to apply under CEC. do I need to have job to apply or CEC is usual ? I know we don't have much info on the same but any guess

Stop worrying. Under the current rules (if you fulfilled those) you don't need any job. But for the people who will apply under the new "Express Entry" rules (starting January 2015) it will be different story.
