I'm planning to apply for the Express Entry program. I'm a software developer, but I only worked as a freelancer for the last 6 years. To be eligible to apply for the program I need 1 year of skilled work experience. So I'm thinking of creating my own company and paying myself as a full-time employee.
Do you think there would be a problem with doing this?
-the fact that I incorporated the company myself and there aren't any other employees.
