Express Entry without WES/ECA

Hi ,
I had my bachelors degree from India . Then came to Canada as a student. I completed my 1 year in NOC category C job. Ielts 6.5 min in all bands. WES is taking forever to get.
question is, can I create Express entry profile without claiming any points for my Indian education? Is it possible?
