I am on valid pgwp, currently I am working as assistant store manager full time since 7months now. Currently my crs score is 608. Can i apply for Pr without 1 year work experience?

Are you eligible for FSW with 67 eligibility points? How do you get 607 points?

Short answer is no.

To be selected under FSW, you need at least one year of continuous skilled work experience in a single occupation.

To be selected under CEC, you need at least one year of full time work experience in a skilled occupation in Canada.

Your score seems extremely high without a year of work experience. I would recheck that calculation. Note that you cannot include the 50 job offer points without an approved LMIA from your employer.
