Express Entry with spouse Accompanying

I have applied for express entry Canadian experience class. I am married but my wife is not accompanying. On the CRS tool, I saw my score 446 and submitted my profile. I got ITA. It is clearly written in the ITA that the spouse is not accompanying. Now there is a button in the ITA application to preview score there as well. if I click on "Preview Score" button, it shows me the score as 416 as opposed to 446. This score comes as if she is accompanying me buy she is not. I am worried, I am not sure why that is coming 416. Any help and suggestion in this regard will be highly appreciated!!

Re-check every single element. Maybe a bug which switched to "Yes" to the question "Is spouse accompanying".

Just trying to figure out my score. As long as I know CRS is close to real score, but still want to clarify how close it is.
