As, elections are on the head, he is more worried about them right now but he assured that he will look into it personally and try to sort out things.

Numbers are in out favour, They just have invited around 15000-18000 people till to date where as the quota is over 150k just because they are overwhelmed with the backlog of old applications.

They have to prove that their system works faster and efficiently therefore they are not taking that much applicants. In 2016 we will see a huge dip the scores.
