I have submitted my profile to find i am ineligible. My CRS is 470 as per the CRS calculator.
ECA done: 2 Bachelor Degrees 4 years each. Spouse's ECA also done with Bachelors - 4 years
IELTS: CLB 9 (Spouse scores are also average 7.5)
Have 6.10 years of work Ex. I am handling an operations team (customer service) currently (NOC code selected: 0114) and have account management experience for my past roles along with customer service (have selected 0601 and again 0114).
Proof of fund submitted: CAD 20000
Age: 29

Kindly advice if its the NOC codes that i am selecting are not ideal ones. Also, please kindly suggest what could the NOC codes be.

Do let me know if i am doing anything that can be corrected.

NOC has nothing to do with eligibility. How many points did you score out of 67?

I did not get any points, the report was blank it only had dashes (-)
My FSW points should be
Language: 24
Education: 22
Experience: 9 (Even if i only take my current role)
Age: 12
Spouse Language: 5
Total: 72

When I first created my profile, I received a similar message. I was dejected.
I created the profile again after a day or two. I don't remember if I have changed anything, but the second profile got approved and I am currently waiting at 436 points.

I really hope that is the case and i will keep trying, but a little worried as of now.
