Express entry score

Hello guys,

I am completing my sister's express entry profile, and need some answers to my questions.
1. I calculated her points using the calculator found on CIC website. So far, she got 435 points. Do you think this point has a chance to be invited?
2. what score is the highest as of this time?

Current score is 460 and it's expected to hang around 455-460 for some time now. Your sister needs to increase her score if she can.
