Express entry Qualified initial application - rejection - not sure??

Hello All,

I just submitted application through CIC website. I have masters degree (USA), 300k+, IELTS avg score 8.0, 7 years work experience in one of top US company and so on. However, i do not speak french and do not have job offer. My fiancee (long distance relation ship for last 5 years) lives in Canada (Citizen).

When I submitted application it says I do not have enough education, funds, skills and work exp (one of those typical email i received from them). I submitted application twice and got the same message. When I check online tool I have 462 points.

Could someone suggest what shall i do?

I am planning to apply Master degree evaluation certificate from UFT (recommended by CIC). shoudl i create account in CIC job website?

Anything else i need to do to boost my chances?

To create and submit your Express Entry profile, you need to have your ECA Report and IELTS TRF with you.

I have already written my IELTS and i received TRF number. However, i do not have ECA. Will do as advised.
UFT said it will take 13 weeks to get my ECA. Do you know any other places where i can get faster.
Also, it did not ask me anywhere whether i have ECA or not?

WES is highly recommended for ECA. From personal experience, they finish the job within a week once they have received all required documents. Standard processing times as per their website is 20 business days.
