Express Entry Profile Update

Help please... i am trying to update my profile to having a relative in Alberta with the hope that the last page under the provinces of interest section that authorizes some provinces to collect my information will change from Ontario to Alberta but it's still Ontario. I am guessing its because i selected Ontario in the initial eligibility questionnaire that gives the personal reference code I used to open the profile. Is it possible to change it?

Yea but I didn't meet up with the 3 months bank statement condition
