s/he must have. Without those, the best we can do is 600.

i was working on lmia from last one and half year under skilled jobs so i do qualify for 600 points

But I think it is somehow giving me 50 points for foreign work experience, dont know why.

Cause I have 1yr 4 months with one company as NOC 1123 (Communications Officer), then immediately after that 7 months as media associate (0124) From June 2009 - May 2011 and then Dec 2011 to Dec 2012 Graphic designer (5124) !!

That is a total of 2 years and 11 months but that is not consecutive for the last job, so I dont understand why it is giving me 50 instead of 25 points for 1 or 2 years exp.

When I used the re-calculator I got : 446 points. That is freaking me out. 471 is so much better, but if there is an error in their calculation I still cannot apply if the re-calculator shows that I dont get 50 points (for foreign work exp with lang)

I did .. I have put in exactly what my credentials and etc are. There is no reason for it to think im have anything to get 50 points in it.
