I know what my job is and have nothing to prove to you. As Natugrtl said above, I'm on PGWP so no LMIA was providedThen, get an LMIA and prove me wrong lol!

Think you answered incorrectly - was more than half in French. Should be NO. Then recalculate.I couldn't post an image here. So I uploaded to OneDrive. Please find below the link. They include the summary of my CRS score, My education history, how I filled out my education profile, and my IELTS test form. Thank you so much for your time and support!

Ah the "Ielts test" pic is a separate language declaration section. I declared that I know both English and French, but only did test in English. And you've said the same for Condordia...
Important to read the questions completely.

No place to fill language declaration in Education history section. Both schools are English, but to graduate from Concordia, I had to pass their language test too.
Thank you!! I got my score for Canadian education nowThat's not what I'm saying. Read my posts again.
As I researched so far, an offer without LMIA could still get points, as long as an international agreement like CUSMA or GATS covers it. I believe my company could be covered under these agreements (most of my co-workers are international and we're allowed to speak English in Quebec). Are you on a PGWP? If so you are on an open work permit so job offer gives you no points. A LMIA is applied by a company. The company pays $1k and proves that no Canadian or PR can dod the job. They have to post the job and show that no one can be hired in Canada. So if you were thinking you would get 50 points then no you would not.

I am unable to find any info on CUSMA or GATS and LMIA exempt job offer. But this is what IRCC says in addition to what I shared before:

So you are a US citizen? You would need that to be eligible for CUSMA. It is not whether company falls under agreements but your citizenship. As I researched so far, an offer without LMIA could still get points, as long as an international agreement like CUSMA or GATS covers it.
