I have been nominated by manitoba (not under express entry). I have sent paper application to cic. I'm also eligible to apply under cec applicant (not have enough points to get ITA though) and have active ee profile. I'm on PGWP. Initially, I have answered "no" to "Have you received nomination from province" when created express entry profile. I'm little confused now. Did they mean nomination with express entry from pnp?? For sure im not getting 600 points because it wasnt eligible for express entry. But just want to confirm should i say yes to tht ques? If say yes, will it ask additional questions like is ur pnp based on express entry something like that?? I tried to update my ee profile and check but its not letting me change that answer. i don't know what to do. Will appreciate your input.
