Express entry profile made ineligible.

Happy new year,
So I just received a message about my profile that it is ineligible. I applied under CEC stream. My work experience in from October 2013 to August 2014 at CIBC and then from January 2015 to March 2015 at Scotiabank. I also have a university degree which I completed in 2012. I also have valid IELTS I wrote in May 2016.
Can anyone please help me with this.

For CEC only the last 3 years count as Canadian work experience. From 2014 January you have only 11 months and you would need 1 year to be eligible. All your experience before 2014 January doesn't count since it's 2017 January. I'm really sorry...
