Hi I belong to Noc 3112 ( General Physician) and applied for FSWP 2014 but unfortunately my application reached on december 31st and global cap was reached. I have now created a profile in express entry but it says ineligible although I have the basic requirements. I was confused when I first fllled the form and my mistake had errors and submitted it. I again created another profile using same login but the form said it got updated and submission is in process but again even the new profile says I am ineligible. I dont understand what I should do now. can someone help me with this?

Here are my scores:

Age -32
single applicant
Degree - M.B.B.S and masters degree both verified by ECA and accessed
work experience -2 years
funds for a single applicant - 12,755
IELTS score - speaking -8 , reading -6.5, writing- 6.5, listening -6.5

can someone help me with the points here ?

I am not sure but i think you need to score your IELTS. Try to score CLB 9 in each level.

I am facing the same problem. I just submitted my Express Entry profile and got the same 'Profile Ineligible' reply. I am planning to call CIC tomorrow.

I have the same problem since yesterday! I have created 5 profiles and changed and double checked all the information. I am 100% sure that I am eligible. I am in FSW and I have 71 points which is more than minimum(67). I have IELTS and ECA is done. I really don't know what to do! Please let me know if you figured it out. PLeaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! >:( >:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Very interested in the outcome of this as today I find I'm ineligible for EE after I've been eligible in previous 'Come to Canada' dry-runs. My CELPIP scores are 10+ on everything, PhD (ECS form WES), 6+ years work exp in skill group A, healthy savings, single applicant, aiming for ON. My age is against me, but always has been in the dry-runs that ended up with a positive result.

Pretty confused. Suggestions welcome.

Just submitted my profile anyway and apparently I don't meet the minimum entry criteria. I'm a bit shell shocked after other CIC info / online eligibility tests have said precisely the opposite for months. Either those prelim tests are wholly unreliable and give false indications to prospective applicants, or there's a bug in the system now. Plus it would be good to know which of the minimum criteria I've fallen down on - how do I find out??

I am not sure if the reason is you don't meet the minimum criteria! You should have at least one year foreign work experience and IELTS of 7, each score not below 6! you need to have ECA for your educations too. I have all of them. I have also talked to a lawyer and he told me I am eligible! There isn't any other factors! I don't know why I am ineligible!

If you are married or having kids, then you have increase your funds accordingly, even though if you don’t apply for them

Was your ECA done by the Medical Council of Canada? If not, it's not valid for your NOC.
