Express entry profile ineligible ? Not getting any idea where am i going wrong

Hello,
I have scored : (have selected 'Gujarati' as my first language)
Listening - 8 Reading : 7 Writing and Speaking : 6 = Overall : 7

And have work experience with some gaps i.e Accounting bookkeeper (NOC 1311)- 2013 to 2015
then went to UK for my Masters and came back by the end of 2017.
Again started working as a financial analyst ( NOC 1112 ) - December 2017 to present.

Are these the reasons for my profile ineligible for express entry ?
- Native Language
- Not enough IELTS score
- Not working in the same NOC

And are we not suppose to know our CRS score after submitting our profile as got just a message from CIC - 'Ineligible for express Entry'
Please suggest me with the best of your knowledge

Check the minimum entry criteria points if they are under 67
