Express Entry profile expiration

My EE profile will be expired on the 20th of February and would want to know if I need to create a GC key or can I create another EE profile under the same GC key?

Under the same GC key - after file expires/withdrawn.
Under different GC key - whenever you please (refrain as much as you can because it increases the size of the pool unnecessarily).

Hi- In my case the profile has already expired (Sep 06). When I login using the same GC key- where should I go to create a new profile. I cannot see any option there to create a profile. My old profile also shows up there but it says it has been taken out of the pool.
