Can you? Yes.

Should you? No as it is against immigration law.

I would not do that if I were you.

excerpt from CIC website:
"No. You may only have one profile at a time. This is set out in Canada’s immigration law.

Creating more than one profile will not give you a better chance at being invited or allow you to be invited under a different program."

Even though you have one NOC as your main intended occupation, but you will get a change to include other NOCs in your work history.

So is it possible to change my noc code in work history after submitting my profile

Why would you want to do that?

What I meant is that in the Express Entry profile, the work history section allows you to include multiple work experience (with different NOCs). So for example if someone has worked as doctor and has worked as an Admin. assistant, they can include both as work experience in their profile.

Actually i hav put down 1123 as my primary noc code but now I realised that it should be 0124 as i am working on a managerial position. So can I modify 1123 into 0124

Which stage are you in? did you submit your EE profile, or did you get an ITA?

I'm not sure if it is OK to make such a change after submitting the EE profile or not. Let's wait for someone more experienced to give their opinion...

If still in EE phase you can change. I personally changed it and got ITA. NOC doesn't add more points it's just to show what type of work you were in.
