I am an international student, completed my 1 year post graduaton degree, now waiting for my open work permit. My husband is also here with his open work permit and he is doing a supervisor job in a restuarant. We are thinking to go for express entry for our PR process. But after calculating, we figured out our score is between 406 to 410. This includes IELTS CLB 9, I dont have any previous job experience, neither my husband. My questions are
1. If I would be able to manage a noc listed job, then would it be considered as a valid job offer? or I have to do LMIA for the job offer?
2. what are the other options we should explore for increasing our score?
3. Other than the express entry what are the other ways to get PR in Canada?

You need an approved LMIA to get job offer points.
