Express entry points increased before 2 years - got ITA

Has anyone submitted the file and i have the same case i got ITA for 2 year points calculation and my lawyer is saying to apply for it as its an ongoing job any my two years will be completed in feb Has anyone submitted before 2 years and got accepted ?

Please advise

what did you do? I got ITA yesterday with 2 year work experience but I have 1 year and 11 months of experience. but I also have pnp nomination so my crs is far ahead then the last draw. should I submit my application now or wait for one month and complete my 2 years of work before submitting application.
