Express Entry Points calculation

Hi,

When I use CRS tool to calculate my express entry points, it shows 472. But, when my agent tries to submit my EE profile, the points are calculated to 430 only.

Can anyone explain the difference?

study in canada: 15
official languages: 133
canadian work exp: 40

Skill Transferability factors

official language proficiency and education: 25
canadian work experience and education: 13
official language proficiency and foreign work experience: 25
canadian and foreign work experience: 13

Subtotal Additional points = 15

I believe I am filling all the information correctly on the crs tool.
