Hi CanadaVisa Forum Members,

I hope everyone is doing very well.

I have 2 doubts regarding the job for which I need urgent help.

1: I am working as a Network Analyst/Administrator (NOC 2281) at a Logistics Company at $15/hr. Is that a problem as this is a logistics company but they need someone to manage their internal network structure and data.
- Is the job title a problem according to the nature of the company
- I work at $15/hr but lowest wage is 16.83 in the Toronto region, is that a problem?

2. I work around 32-35 hrs per week and get paid semi-annually (eg. Jan1 -jan15 & Jan16 - Jan31st)
- What do I have to do when applying for express entry
- my vacation pay is not paid right away, hours are added to the vacation hrs and can be deducted when required.

I am not sure if I were able to write down my questions properly. I can elaborate more if any other information is required.

Thanks

1. That's fine. Job duties on your letter must match the NOC.

2. You need a letter from your employer. Full/part time status will be determined by the number of hours per week that the letter states.

In the letter it says MY NAME gets paid $15 per hrs and works 32-40hrs per week. and paid semi-annually
Semi-annually is not the correct word there. Semi-annually means once every six months. The correct word is bi-weekly.

Also, how often you get paid doesn't matter. They care about how many hours a week you work and your hourly wage.

I'm not sure how to answer your other questions, sorry!

Yes, this will count as full time since it is more than 30 hours per week. Semi-annually is strange but it should not matter. Vacation also does not matter unless it is mentioned in the letter.
