i write my primary occupation with 4 digit NOC code

But the second question need date..
Date xxx first became qualified to practice in this occupation

If the occupation is
• a qualified trade
• any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in NOC description.


So i am a security supervisor and have 1 year experience.. but i passed security test 3 years ago..
So which date i have to mention here..when i passed the test or the first day as supervisor???
