My application was cancelled because my Police Certificate was issued for the current year only and not for the last 10 years.
I have created a new express entry profile through my existing GC key account and i have received my express entry profile number and job seeker verification code. I am trying to change both these in my existing job bank profile but keep getting error that either the Express profile number or the verification code is incorrect even though i have pasted it from the acknowledgement letter from express entry. I have also tried to create a new job profile with new e mail but its giving the same error. I have also e mailed IRCC with case specific enquiry but no response is received yet. what can i do?
