Express Entry not reflecting additional points for Canadian Education

Hi folks, I'm having a bit of an issue with EE and I'm hoping it's just a glitch. I want to see if anyone's in the same boat as me and has figured out a solution.

Long story short, the additional 30 points being awarded for Canadian education from the changes that occurred on November 19, 2016 is not being reflected in my EE profile.

I've had my EE profile up since July 2015. I updated my profile before December 12 '16 because I was emailed by IRCC to update it so that the system can reflect the new points before they do draws.

I did so but even until yesterday, it was still not updated with the additional 30 points.

This is a little stressful because the draw from yesterday was 468. I should have 471 points because of the additional 30 points. But my profile is still sitting at 441.

Today, I finally withdrew my EE profile to re-do the whole thing thinking that might solve the issue, but I am still showing up as having 441 points and my "CRS - Canadian Education" remains at 0 points.

Any clues?

What were your answers for these questions?

1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)

2 - Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

3 - Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.

This was happening to me for a long time. Then I realized that I entered that more than half of the study program English or French as a second language which was not true. Their question is a bit misleading as I originally understood if the program was in English or French. But it means if you are actually studying one of these languages. if your answer is yes to this question, then you won't get 30 points for your Canadian education.

update on CRS

Hi everyone,

QUICK Update for posterity:

I answered no to the first question thinking it was a question directly related to studying in Quebec. But I went to school in UBC.

After answering yes, I added UBC's DLI# and everything updated properly.

I just got my ITA yesterday and I'm working on filing my PR now.

Thanks everyone!

Hi All,

I completed one year diploma in 2004-2005 from Ontario province. I can't find my college in the list. so i can't enter DLI # to claim education score.

Is there any other way to claim?
Any suggestions?
